There are two sizing options to choose from Medium & Large. Our medium Tomahawks is 1.5kg and the large Tomahawk is roughly 2.5kg
Cooking with fire
"The ritual of cooking over fire is one of the most human things you can do.” The first cooking method. Since the dawn of time man has cooked with fire. Nothing compares to a premium cut of Wagyu cooked over fire.
Why The Tomahawk?
The tomahawk steak is essentially a ribeye beef steak specifically cut with at least five inches of rib bone left intact. The extra-long, french trimmed bone utilizes the same culinary technique that shapes a rack of lamb. “Frenching” means trimming the bone of meat and fat to the point where it looks like a handle.
